These are often given as rewards for reaching Gold or higher in Summoner’s Rift Solo, Duo, or Flex. Players also get chromas for every ranked tier they reach above Gold for Solo/Duo and Flex queues. If you ever needed more motivation to get out of Silver, this should do it!
