Xayah and Vi receive nerfs in newest League of Legends micropatch
Riot Games have deployed a ‘micropatch’ intending to fix Xayah’s immensely overpowered Lethality build, after the ADC champion received major buffs in Patch 11.22.
The latest hotfix also introduced a series of nerfs to one of the older champions in the game, Vi.

We're putting out a micropatch today for Xayah and Vi. Xayah's lethality build has caught on over the last few weeks and is quite overpowered and Vi's recent rescript added a lot of consistency to her spells which pushed her over the edge of balanced.

The previous patch included a set of buffs that caused players to abuse Xayah using a strategy that involved rushing Eclipse as a Mythic item while Maxing her Q ability.
- Xayah's Q, Double Daggers has received nerfs that reduce her Base Damage to 45/65/85/105/125 from 50/75/100/125/150.
- Cooldown increased to 10/9/8/7/6 seconds from 10/8.5/7/5.5/4
Vi receives nerfs to balance her 'consistent spells'
The November 3 patch improved the brawler’s Q and R abilities, adding more fluidity to her spells, in turn 'pushing her over to the edge of balanced'
- Armor growth reduced to 3.5 from 4.
- Attack damage growth reduced to 3 from 3.5.
- R ability - Assualt and Battery knock-up duration reduced to 1.3 seconds from 1.4 seconds.
